Mitzi Dabrowski

The work under this title was my exploration into the feeling of nostalgia and how to evoke it through my artwork. Blurred images as an aesthetic became important, as to me they replicate the way memories become hazy when only the mind is relied on. My subject matter for most of the project were my own images that carry vivid memories but are visually poor- out of focus or badly lit.
